About me?

Oh God. I hate talking about myself, but here goes something.

Ok. So, I was born in Ghana but I’ve spent 80% of my life in London - I got a D in G.C.S.E math so take that calculation with a pinch of salt. The remaining 20% I’ve spent in Ghana, Copenhagen and most recently, and currently in Dubai.

I’m an alumni of the School of Communication Arts 2.0, arguably the best ad school in the world (it’s not arguable), and I was a very proud and grateful recipient of a scholarship.*

SCA 2.0 is where I equipped myself with the skills needed to begin my foray into the wild and wonderful world of advertising, and damn what a journey it’s been.

Throughout my career I have had the pleasure and honor of collaborating with some truly incredible and talented people, and none more so than my phenomenal creative partner Mads Alexander Nielsen a.k.a The M.A.N. None of the work on my site would have been possible without the help of all of these talents.

I’m a Creative Copywriter by trade, but along my journey I’ve somehow wound up as an Associate Creative Director. God knows why, or at least I hope she does, because I don’t. Yet still, I find myself here, developing my leadership skills. However, I must say, I much prefer to do the work.

I genuinely love what I do, through the bad and the bad. I jest. There are good times, and I’ll update this when they happen. Jokes aside, I’m worried because I love what I do so much that if not for advertising, I’m basically unemployable.

A few highlights of my career thus far include hearing THE Sir John Hegarty tell me ‘this is a brilliant idea, where do we even start with this’, winning the Talent Business CREAM Awards (20 best emerging creatives), and meeting friends for life.

“I hate talking about myself” he says. Anyway, if you’re still reading, thank you and much love.

*Just a final note on that scholarship. It is my proudest creative and human achievement, and ironically it will never be featured on here. That being said, I am more than happy to tell you about it if you would like to know.
